Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates depend on the delivery location, the weight of your items, and the shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (usually 3-5 days for most locations)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination country)
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3-5 business days (for select countries)

Note: Shipping times may vary based on customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping Methods

4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations worldwide, but there are a few restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customs Fees & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be applied by their country’s customs office. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and will be charged upon arrival at the destination.
  • Shipping Delays: Customs processing may cause delays that are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details regarding these delays.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us at (Matthewsbrian268@gmail.com). We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it.

Please note that once the carrier has marked your package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for its loss.

8. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

If you realize an error with your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at (Matthewsbrian268@gmail.com), and we will try our best to update it before the shipment is processed.

9. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over for domestic orders. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and may be subject to change at any time.

10. Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final, no refunds. The only exception is if the product is badly damaged. In this case the customer must contact Bri's Mercantile through the following email: Matthewsbrian268@gmail.com
